No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any of our products.

Used or opened products cannot be returned under any circumstances. For hygiene and health reasons, we cannot restock or resell items that have been opened or used.

If an order is placed incorrectly by the customer, they must contact us immediately at Info@Indigobeautycosmetics.com to request a cancellation and refund. Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will assess the claim and determine if a replacement is warranted. Refunds will not be issued.

We are not responsible for damages caused by shipping carriers, but we will assist in filing a claim if needed.
Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is lost in transit and the shipping carrier confirms the loss, we will provide a one-time replacement of the order. Customers must provide proof from the shipping carrier that the package was not delivered.

If tracking shows the package was delivered but the customer did not receive it, the customer must contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Indigo Beauty Cosmetics is not responsible for stolen packages.
