Used or opened products cannot be returned under any circumstances. For hygiene and health reasons, we cannot restock or resell items that have been opened or used.

If an order is placed incorrectly by the customer, they must contact us immediately at Info@indigobeautycosmetics.com to request a cancellation and refund. Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will assess the claim and determine if a replacement is warranted. Refunds will not be issued.

Lost or Stolen Packages
