  • At Indigo Beauty Cosmetics, we take pride in providing high-quality beauty products. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we have a strict no-return and no-refund policy.

    No Returns or Exchanges

    • All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any of our products.

    • Used or opened products cannot be returned under any circumstances. For hygiene and health reasons, we cannot restock or resell items that have been opened or used.

    • If an order is placed incorrectly by the customer, they must contact us immediately at Info@indigobeautycosmetics.com to request a cancellation and refund. Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

    Damaged or Defective Products

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will assess the claim and determine if a replacement is warranted. Refunds will not be issued.

    • We are not responsible for damages caused by shipping carriers, but we will assist in filing a claim if needed.

    Lost or Stolen Packages

    • If a package is lost in transit and the shipping carrier confirms the loss, we will provide a one-time replacement of the order. Customers must provide proof from the shipping carrier that the package was not delivered.

    • If tracking shows the package was delivered but the customer did not receive it, the customer must contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Indigo Beauty Cosmetics is not responsible for stolen packages.

  • Processing & Shipping Times

    • As a small business, we carefully handcraft and pack each order with care. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before shipping.

    • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

    • Once shipped, delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays. Estimated shipping times:

      • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5-10 business days

      • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2-5 business days

      • International Shipping: 10-21 business days (varies by country)
