Return & Exchange Policy

Hey Beautiful!

At Indigo Beauty Cosmetics, we want you to absolutely LOVE your new lip products! But just like you wouldn't share your lipstick with your bestie (hygiene, Queen!), we can't accept returns on opened cosmetic products for health and safety reasons.

But don't worry - we've got your back!

Here's How We Take Care of You:

Got a damaged product? Email us within 48 hours at Info@indigobeautycosmetics.com with photos - we'll hook you up with a replacement!

Package got lost or damaged in shipping? We'll send you a new one (with proof from the carrier).

Changed your mind before we ship? Hit us up immediately and we'll cancel your order for a full refund!

Need help with anything? Our customer service team is here for you at Info@indigobeautycosmetics.com - because every Queen deserves royal treatment!

What We Can Help With:

Damaged or Defective Products Received something that's not perfect? We totally get how frustrating that is! Email us within 48 hours with photos of your product and packaging. We'll review it and send you a replacement if needed. No Queen should have imperfect lip products!

Order Cancellations Ordered the wrong shade? No problem! Contact us ASAP at Info@indigobeautycosmetics.com before we process your order and we'll cancel it for a full refund. Once it ships though, we can't stop that package - it's already on its way to make you fabulous!

Shipping Issues Sometimes shipping carriers mess up (ugh, right?). If your package gets lost, we'll work with you to get a replacement. If it gets stolen after delivery, you'll need to file a claim with the carrier - but we're here to help you through the process!

What We Can't Do (Sorry, Queen!):

We can't accept returns on opened or used products - it's just not safe or hygienic for our beauty community. Think of it like borrowing your friend's mascara - just not happening!

We also can't do returns on:

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items reported after 48 hours

  • Sale items (but we'll replace defective ones!)

  • Gift cards

If we approve a return for a damaged item, here's where to send it:

You'll handle return shipping costs (unless we messed up - then it's on us!). For anything over $75, definitely use tracking so we both know it's safe.

Our Promise to You:

  • We'll respond to your emails within 24 hours on business days

  • We'll review your issue within 1-2 business days

  • If approved, we'll get your replacement out in 3-5 business days

  • We're here Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST

 

Gift Returns:

Bought someone a gift and they need a different shade? If it was marked as a gift, they'll get store credit. If not, the refund comes back to you (the original purchaser).
